K-1 WORLD GP 2004 in Seoul, South Korea.
In mid summer 2004, with black belts in Taekwondo of our own, Mark, Brett, Su Hee, Eric, June and I headed up to Seoul
to catch the action of K-1. Held at the Olympic Gym, we watched all sizes, blood fly, broken arms, first round knockouts and
all the antics of WWE wrestling. It was all real, with the only rule being you can't continue when your
opponent is down. Jerome Lebanier dominated the main fights, and it was Thai fighter that stole the amature tournament crown.
